2 years and counting

Today I have been married for 2 years. It has gone by so fast. It has not been the easiest 2 years. People tell you marriage is hard, but somehow you think you will be the exception. I was wrong. It is hard living with someone, learning to put others first, sacrificing, learning to laugh at yourself and not take things too seriously. Naturally people are selfish and you have to be selfless to make things work. Don't get me wrong though, there has been plenty of good times as well. Above all else, Jared makes me laugh like no one else can. And I love to laugh. The traditional two year anniversary gift is Cotton. Jared said he was going to buy me a shirt that says "I survived 2 years and counting with JTJ". LOL! We do not have anything special planned. We would like to go to Sandbridge and have a picnic dinner, b/c that is where we got married, but I think he will be working late tonight. Maybe just steaks or hamburgers on the grill or bruschetta chicken. I can't decide. We also downloaded the movie Dan in Real Life. Maybe we will watch that. Well, heres to 2 years and counting...
